FAQ'S

1. "I will arrive before the check-in time schedule. It is possible to check-in earlier?"

Usually, check-in is from 15h. However, you can make your check-in earlier subject to availability and prior notice. If your accommodation has not yet it is available you can enjoy our pools and/or our leisure facilities.

2. "How late can do my check-in?"

The estimated time of check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. If you need a late check-in, we can indicated your room by phone.

3. "I would like to check out later. Is it possible?"

Late check-out has additonal cost and it is only possible subject to availability. 

4. "The Monte das Alpenduradas has its own parking lot?"

Yes, the Monte das  Alpenduradas offers free parking to all its customers.

5. "Breakfast / Breakfast is included in the daily price?"

Breakfast is only included in the daily rate for stays in a double room. For stays in the studio is possible breakfast service for an additional cost per person per day.

6. "Can I pay my stay by check?"

The checks are not accepted by the Monte das Alpenduradas as payment. However, we offer our clients the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit Card, Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

8. "Are pets allowed?"

No pets are allowed, except for "service animals" that assist the disabled, blind or psychic.

9. "Are there areas for smokers?"

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

10. "have wireless internet / Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas?"

The internet is now an indispensable tool. So it has available Free Internet Wi-Fi in all our accommodations and public areas.
