Avoid complying with physical contact;

Maintain the minimum safety distance (1m to 2m between pairs and 4m from the suspected case of COVID-19);

Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds with soap and water;

Alternatively, use an alcohol-based solution for hand hygiene;

Hand hygiene after contact with respiratory secretions;

Avoid coughing or sneezing into your hands;

Cough or sneeze into the fold of your forearm, or use a tissue, immediately put the tissue in the trash, and sanitize your hands;

Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth with hands that are dirty or contaminated with respiratory secretions;

It is recommended to use masks outside the accommodation units.
Guest Protection

People who are not staying at the MA will not be allowed to stay;

Supply of keys for units previously disinfected; Provision of 500ml dispensers of alcohol-based antiseptic solution for hand hygiene at the entrance of each unit and in common spaces;

Provision of garbage containers with standing opening next to common spaces;
-
Environment and surfaces of housing units cleaned and disinfected according to the procedures recommended by DGS.
Services
Check in

Check in and check out time reduced in order to guarantee security periods between cleanings;

As little contact as possible with the guest will be maintained, giving priority to the telephone or new technologies.
Cleaning

Daily cleaning of the units will be carried out every 3 days, in order to reduce the handling of personal objects, according to the contingency protocol and only if the customer so wishes;

Regular cleaning, several times a day, of environments and surfaces in common spaces using disinfectant products;
-
Use of personal protective equipment by employees who carry out cleaning.
Pools

The use of the pools will be reserved for one accommodation unit at a time, with a responsible use of time.

The indoor pool will act as an outdoor pool with the telescopic cover open.
Breakfast

Delivery directly to the unit, in the shape of a picnic basket, upon prior choice (when included in the stay).

We are vigilant, closely monitoring the statements of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, as well as the national health authorities on the new coronavirus (COVID-19), adopting the necessary containment measures so that the our day-to-day life is as safe as possible.
For a better preparation on the disease caused by COVID-19, the MA implemented and executed a training and training plan for the groups of existing professionals, reception of clients, cleaning of floors and kitchen, in order, on the one hand, to avoid fear and anxiety and, on the other hand, they are aware of the preventive measures that they must institute in terms of the basic rules of prevention, general characteristics and symptoms of the disease, general monitoring of contagion, operational procedures and emergency.
